Definition

A short, human-readable title. May be repeated for different languages.

Attributes

@xml:lang

ISO 2 letter code specifying the language of text in this element.

This value should be on the Language codelist.

Example Usage

Example usage of title in context of document-link element:

  <document-link format="application/vnd.oasis.opendocument.text" url="http:www.example.org/docs/report_en.odt">
   <category code="B01" />
   <language code="en" />
<title>AnnualReport2013</title>
  </document-link>

It may be appropriate to repeat the title in other languages using xml:lang attribute.

In this example, the language en has been set in the ‘’iati-activity’’ element

Note: This relates to the language of the text in the XML.
