Theory of change
IATI's Theory of Change explains how the initiative’s activities will lead to the change and impact that IATI aims for. The Theory of Change was prepared under the leadership of UNDP’s Bureau for Policy and Programme Support, Development Impact Group with the guidance of a DFID expert on Theory of Change seconded to UNDP. Whilst different Theory of Change processes exist, the process applied here is a hybrid drawn from established UNDP and UK DFID processes. IATI’s Board and Secretariat members were consulted and updated throughout the development process.
