IATI becomes a partner of the GPSDD

IATI is proud to announce that it has recently joined the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data (GPSDD) as a new partner.

In taking this step, IATI joins a dynamic network of open data advocates seeking to help governments and civil societies across countries and sectors to fully harness the data revolution for effective sustainable development.

The partnership is a growing network of 300 members, including governments, the private sector, civil society, international organizations, academic institutions, foundations, statistics agencies, and other data communities.

Establishing this partnership will take IATI a further step towards to achieving its own vision of ensuring “transparent, good quality information on development resources and results is available and used by all stakeholder groups to help achieve sustainable development outcomes”.

IATI is looking forward to enriching discussions and exchanges with the other members of the GPSDD network to create synergies and stimulate growth and innovation around open data for development.
