Join a dedicated consultation for civil society organisations and NGOs on IATI's Reimagining Data Quality proposals.
The IATI Secretariat is inviting civil society organisations and NGOs that engage with the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) as members, participants in the community, or publishers and users of IATI data to take part in an upcoming consultation on Reimagining Data Quality.
The consultation focuses on proposals to improve how the quality of IATI data is measured and presented. The aim is to make it easier for organisations to understand the quality of the data they publish, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure IATI data is as useful as possible for those who rely on it.
The dedicated consultation call will provide an overview of the proposals, explain what they could mean for IATI publishers and data users, and give participants the opportunity to share their views before the recommendations are finalised.
📅 Thursday 23 July 2026
🕙 2:00–3:30pm UTC / 10:00–11:30am EDT
📍 Format: Virtual (Zoom)
The meeting will be held on Zoom, and joining details will be shared after registration. Participants may wish to review the consultation materials ahead of the meeting.
Those who are unable to attend can still share their feedback through the discussion on IATI Connect, IATI’s online community forum, or by contacting the IATI Secretariat.
The IATI Secretariat looks forward to welcoming participants and working together to help shape the future of IATI's approach to data quality.
We look forward to hearing your views.
