Why can't I sign in to IATI Publisher or AidStream?
  • Make sure you have signed in successfully once to IATI Account before trying to sign in to IATI Publisher or AidStream.
  • If this is the first time you are accessing these tools since December 2025, you will need to reset your password.
  • Usernames are no longer in use - make sure to use your email address and new password when signing in.
Why am I not receiving a password reset email?

Password reset emails for IATI Account are sent from [email protected]. To ensure you receive them, add this address to your safe senders list and check your junk or spam folder. Please note that password reset links expire after 5 minutes.

What is IATI Account?

IATI Account replaced the IATI Registry in December 2025. It is where you register with IATI and manage your organisation's IATI data files.

If you previously had a user account on the IATI Registry, IATI Publisher, or AidStream, your account has been automatically migrated to our new service.

Does IATI provide financial assistance?

No, we are not an organisation that provides financial help to individuals or organisations. We suggest that you contact relevant local organisations or government departments that may be able to help with your request.
