Tanzania becomes 21st country to endorse IATI
The Tanzanian Ministry of Finance has announced its decision to endorse the International Aid Transparency Initiative. This makes Tanzania the 21st country to endorse the initiative.
On endorsing IATI, the Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, N.S Magonya, stated that the Tanzanian government is:
encouraging IATI to continue the good work and call(ing) on all partners to support the IATI activities.
We welcome Tanzania to the initiative and look forward to working with them in the future to make information about aid spending easier to find, use and compare.
