Take the IATI Since 2008 survey!

The IATI Secretariat has launched a survey, IATI Since 2008, to assess the impact of IATI since its inception.

This survey will support the ongoing evaluation of IATI by an independent consultant. At the October 2014 IATI Steering Committee Meeting, members voiced widespread support for an independent evaluation of the initiative (by an external consultant) in order to assess IATI’s impact since 2008 including:

  • Which factors have contributed to successes and/or presented challenges in furthering aid transparency during this period;
  • What more is needed to meet the Busan Commitments in 2015; and
  • How IATI can better position itself to advance transparency in the post-2015 development landscape. 

To support this work, IATI members, publishers, commentators, and other relevant stakeholders are asked to help to highlight areas for further exploration by the independent consultant as well as needs for the future improvement of the Secretariat’s work.
