IATI’s Members’ Assembly and Community Exchange 2025 will take place on Wednesday 26 November and Thursday 27 November in Nairobi, Kenya.
This will be the first time the meetings are held on the African continent, marking an important milestone in IATI’s global engagement.

The two-day gathering will bring together members, partners and colleagues across the IATI network for lively discussion, shared learning and collaboration. Participants will reflect on progress, strengthen partnerships and help shape IATI’s priorities for the year ahead.
On 26 November, the Members’ Assembly will convene IATI’s annual decision-making meeting. IATI members will consider key proposals from the Governing Board, take part in formal voting and welcome new members. A key focus will be IATI's new Strategic Plan 2026–2030, with members invited to approve the plan following a year-long consultation process.
On 27 November, the Community Exchange will follow with a full day of open and practical learning. Participants will share experiences, explore new ideas and showcase the growing use and impact of IATI data worldwide. Sessions will focus on data quality, data use, policy engagement and the technical developments that support the IATI Standard.
