IATI Governing Board Election 2026 Results
The new Governing Board of the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) has been confirmed following elections that closed on 13 March 2026. We thank all candidates who stood for election and the IATI members who participated in the voting process.
The Governing Board plays a key role in guiding IATI’s strategic direction and supporting the continued development and implementation of the IATI Standard. Newly elected representatives will take up their roles from 1 April 2026 for a two-year term.
The following members will comprise the IATI Governing Board for the 2026–2028 term:
Providers of development cooperation
- African Development Bank – Horia Sohir Debbiche, Principal Results and Transparency Officer
- UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office – Jack Lightley, ODA Transparency Team Leader
Partner countries
- Government of Lesotho – Motai Ramokoinihi, Senior Economic Planner, Ministry of Finance and Development Planning

At their upcoming first meeting on 1 April 2026, the newly appointed Board members will select the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Governing Board.
