IATI Members’ Assembly / Community Exchange 2024

IATI Members’ Assembly and Community Exchange will take place in person (23-26 April, Bogotá, Colombia).

• Members’ Assembly: All members of IATI are invited to join the meeting, which focuses on issues about how the initiative is run (e.g. governance, funding, strategic direction).

• Community Exchange: The Community Exchange is open to anyone interested in IATI, and will enable IATI's community to deliver sessions to promote networking, learning and collaboration with others interested in development and humanitarian open data.

Information for Remote Attendees

• Online participants can join the Members' Assembly and selected sessions from the Community Exchange by following the Zoom link on the IATI Connect event page.

Information for In-person Attendees

If you have registered to attend in person, please arrive at the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE), located at: Carrera 59, # 26 - 60 in Bogota, Colombia. More information about arrivals and registration is available on the IATI Connect event page.

• We strongly recommend you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the event due to a security check at the entrance. Upon arrival at DANE please proceed to the security desk, and make sure to bring your ID. At the end of the day please return your DANE-badge, and repeat the same proceeding the next day(s); 
  
• Right after the security check please proceed to the IATI Information Desk where you can collect your badge, merchandise, sign-up for the Bogota Walking Tour (Thursday 25 April 17:15-19:30, limited spots available!) and ask any other questions.

Visa and travel

Some countries require a visa to enter Colombia. Please check your visa situation in time, and, if needed, start your online visa-application as soon as possible to prevent any obstacles when entering Colombia.
