The IATI Technical Advisory Group is involved in ongoing work, supported by Guidestar International, to create a system of universal coding rules to uniquely identify any organisation in the world, be it government or NGO, public or private. These codes will supplement the OECD DAC code lists for donor agencies and channels of delivery which are linked to here.
