The codelists were translated in French in April 2018 with the support of the Government of Canada. Please note that if any codelists have been added since then, they may not be available in French.

| 3 | Finalisation | Physical activity is complete or the final disbursement has been made, but the activity remains open pending financial sign off or M&E |
| 4 | Closed | Physical activity is complete or the final disbursement has been made. |
| 5 | Cancelled | The activity has been cancelled |
| 6 | Suspended | The activity has been temporarily suspended |

The descriptions for ActivityStatus codes 3 and 4 were swapped, and the names changed for clarity. This was completed as a bug fix.
